EU customers:
You can only zero-rate the purchase when you are registered VAT EU member. You can check it on this page. If your number is valid – just enter it in the address form in your account details or after cart checkout (TAX ID field). If u are not VAT EU member you will get invoice with the 23% VAT added.
Non EU customers:
The transaction does not include any Import Tax / Duty / VAT / Handling Fees. For more information about the tax rate, please check with local Custom Department before purchases. If you reject the package due to any charged tax or duty, we reserve the right to charge all shipping cost and 5% (of total price) handling fee.
